Paranormal Hire Prices

Overnight Sleepover (Up to 19 Guests)

• Fridays & Saturdays: 7pm – 9am | £550

• Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays: 7pm – 9am | £400

A £100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full Weekend Hire (Up to 19 Guests)

• Friday 5pm – Sunday 10am: £1,500

Midweek Hire – 2 Nights (Excluding Mondays)

• 5pm – 10am: £1,000

A £300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Important Information

This venue is not a party location.

There is zero tolerance for alcohol or drugs. Anyone arriving under the influence will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.

Bookings are accepted for:

• Paranormal event companies

• Paranormal investigation teams

• Private paranormal groups and enthusiasts

Hire the location and investigate independently – we leave the building entirely to you.

What’s Included

• Exclusive access to the entire building

• Victorian-themed accommodation (up to 19 guests)

• Small fridge behind the bar for food storage

Bedding:
Bottom sheets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own quilts, sleeping bags and additional bedding.

• 3 toilets

• 1 shower (bring your own towels and toiletries)

• 24-hour CCTV surveillance

Please note: Due to the historic layout and multiple staircases, the building is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties and does not have wheelchair access.

Bedrooms

• The Black Widow: 2 single beds

• Stable Master’s Room (from May 2026): 2 single beds

• The Old Nursery: 3 single beds + 1 camp bed

• The Portrait Room: 3 single beds + 1 camp bed

• Museum Room: 5 camp beds

• Old Cellar Morgue: 4 single beds

Important Rules

• Do not touch any haunted objects.

• CCTV is in operation throughout the property.

All groups must attend a health & safety briefing and guided tour before the building is handed over.

Groups reselling tickets must provide Public Liability Insurance.

The person making the booking is fully responsible for all guests and any damage caused.
Any rule violations or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
